I noticed something about myself.
I still have work to do in the moment — especially with speech.
I tend to panic and say whatever rises first. Not because I’m trying to be harsh or dramatic, but because I move too quickly inside.
What I’m learning is simple: breathe before speaking.
Create a small space — even one second.
That space changes everything. It gives me time to choose calm. To respond instead of react.
This isn’t criticism. It’s observation.
And it’s a clear path for improvement: pause, breathe, then speak.
