I woke this morning after a great night’s sleep — so deep that I can’t remember waking up once.

My body and mind clearly needed it.

It’s still cold in the unit, so I stayed in my sleeping bag and did my usual ten press-ups right there.

They’re full press-ups now. Strong. Controlled. Clean.

No rush. No forcing. Just steady.

In the background, birds are gently chirping — like they’re saying hello to the morning.

This is the kind of start that makes the day feel simple.

It feels like it’s going to be a great day. My best day.
