I woke feeling calm.
Not because anything extraordinary happened — just because I slept deeply.
The silence this morning feels full. Only distant birdsong. No engines. No rush.
I’m grateful for that quiet.
I’m grateful for the strength in my body. It feels different now — lighter, more capable, still developing.
There’s no urgency in this moment. Just steadiness.
It feels like it’s going to be a good day. My best day.
And sometimes that simply means: well rested, clear headed, present. Nothing more required.
