Reconnect and Reset

Before the day begins, I take a moment to reconnect.

I close my eyes gently and allow myself to feel — my body, my breath, my surroundings.

I notice where tension is hiding — shoulders, jaw, chest, belly — and I soften what I can.

No force. Just permission to relax.

This isn’t about avoiding the day.

It’s about meeting the day differently: more present, more regulated, more ready.

To greet the day as my best self — a calm self, a relaxed self.
