Move After You Feel

Move After You Feel

After reflection — and especially after emotion — the body often needs movement.

Not intense exercise. Just honest movement that lets tension leave.

I’ve found that gentle, exploratory movement helps me settle. It restores range, reduces tightness, and brings me back into the body.

Practice (2 minutes):
• Hip infinity: feet shoulder‑width, slow figure‑of‑eight with the hips.
• Hanging twist: knees soft, arms heavy, twist gently side to side.
No forcing. Just listening.
