Rebranding the Story

I noticed my thoughts drifting back to old interactions.

And I noticed something else too:

My reaction to them was coming from anger.

Distrust.

Nothing positive.

No ease.

The hard truth is simple:

I’m creating this feeling.

It’s all me.

Not the past. Not the person. Not the story.

Me, replaying it.

So the practice moving forward is to reset the thought.

To rebrand the memory.

To choose a stress-free version of the story instead of the negative one I keep feeding.

Not denial. Not pretending.

Just refusing to live inside a loop that harms me.

Slow and steady.
